We believe that every child deserves therapy tailored entirely to their potential, not to an insurance company’s red tape. By operating as a 100% private-pay practice, we are able to pour our energy into providing highly individualized, top-tier care designed around your child’s distinct milestones and your family's busy schedule.

North Wind Therapy Services is an out-of-network provider. We do not bill insurance companies directly. This choice is intentional: it allows us to bypass traditional insurance constraints, such as arbitrary session limits or strict criteria for what qualifies as a "deficit,” so we can focus entirely on what is best for your child.
-
Yes, potentially! Upon request, we gladly provide a monthly superbill (a detailed, specialized medical receipt). You can submit this document directly to your insurance company to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
-
To find out exactly what your insurance provider will cover, we highly recommend calling the member services number on the back of your card and asking these quick questions:
“Does my plan cover out-of-network speech therapy services (CPT code 92507 for therapy or 92506 for evaluations)?”
“Do I have an out-of-network deductible that must be met first?”
“What percentage of the session fee is covered once my deductible is met?”
“How do I submit a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement?”
-
In most cases, yes! Speech, language, and literacy therapies are eligible medical expenses. You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card to pay for evaluations and regular sessions directly.
