I am Stephen Lum, MS, CCC-SLP, a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 8 years of clinical experience. I founded North Wind Therapy Services to provide a dedicated, results-driven resource for families navigating communication challenges.
My goal is for you to feel entirely confident that your child is making measurable progress in an environment that both challenges them and builds their self-esteem.
Clinical Experience
Over the past 8 years, I have contracted with school systems across California, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, serving children and young adults from ages 3 to 18. Currently providing in-person sessions in Lebanon and teletherapy for families across Pennsylvania. My background spans a diverse range of educational and clinical environments:

What to Expect
Every session is tailored to your child's unique developmental stage, leveraging high-interest materials to maximize engagement and progress:
Interest-Led Therapy: We utilize interactive games, graphic organizers, and engaging literature to keep elementary and secondary students motivated.
The 25/5 Structure: Sessions consist of 25 minutes of high-intensity direct therapy, followed by a 5-minute parent touch-base.
Practical Carryover: During the final 5 minutes, you will receive a quick verbal debrief and actionable strategies to practice at home to ensure long-term success.
Flexible Formats: Focused 30-minute sessions optimized for student attention spans, with comprehensive 60-minute sessions available upon request.
